Food service providers and consumers in Vietnam are now more closely connected through food delivery apps (FDAs), enabling online ordering through smartphones and offline delivery methods. The food and beverage sector faced a significant impact from the COVID-19 pandemic, driving accelerated digital transformation and advancing sustainability with the help of online-to-offline services. Consumer reliance on FDAs has noticeably increased, largely due to their effectiveness in swiftly and effortlessly delivering food. The persistent pandemic and the swift expansion in online food ordering services, particularly amongst young adults, has made understanding the motivations behind consumer selection of these platforms an absolute necessity. The dataset presented in this article focuses on the considerations of university students in Da Nang, Vietnam, when using FDAs and sharing their positive online feedback. From September 2022 to January 2023, the survey collected 346 usable responses. Novel perspectives on university student adoption of FDAs, a burgeoning technology in food and beverage, are revealed by the results. Converting alkylbenzenes to ketones and aldehydes under air, the HRP-NHPI system's catalytic activity surpasses existing enzyme-mediator systems by a factor of more than ten, operating effectively at temperatures ranging from 0 to 50 degrees Celsius and in a variety of aqueous-organic solvent mixtures. The benzylic radical intermediate, resulting from a reaction, can be captured using NHPI, thereby showcasing the formation of benzylic products, exceeding the scope of ketones.
